- Must have prior web applications experience
- Experience in scoping out product requirements, writing functional specifications, designing software, generating detailed design documents, and writing clean, well commented code
- Strong working knowledge of J2EE compliant application servers
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL as well as MySQL/Oracle is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Experience in designing web site and web applications
- Proficient in Graphics design software's (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, etc)
- Design creative web interfaces, web pages, layouts and CMS templates with emphasis on browser compatibility.
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to create concepts within specified deadline
- Solid Knowledge of current Internet standards, including web browsers, browser specifications and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS and Javascript.
- Expreince and understanding of site architecture, User experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats and other techniques, etc.
- Effective verbal and written communcation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of developers and other members of the team.
